During the holiday season, generally from Thanksgiving through New Years Eve, We offer Party Trays. We can make them other times of the year if you call us ahead of time. The trays MUST be ordered with at least 24 hours notice to insure we have adquate ingredients. The trays are what is called a half steam pan. The measurements are 12.87 IN x 10.31 IN x 2.48 IN. They generally feed about 8-10 People. You MUST call in your order at least 24 hours in advance to gurantee we have ingredients for your tray(s). The meat choices are as follows:
